The GPU gods have answered!

OCNewbee

Bitcoin has finally slid tremendously, a little less than 10k USD over the last few days. This may cause other cryptos to sink as well. I foresee a deluge of cheap 3080s. 3080ti at $1099 pppsssttt. I think I will pass. I think used 3080 will be available at $500 dollars soon.

And this is why percentages are important 😄 It corrected by like 15-20%... that's nothing for crypto. We are at the same level as just over a month ago and still 585% up from a year ago when it was "just" €7000. The previous dip was due to a bunch of high-leverage-trading daredevils all getting liquidated in a cascade. I didn't read anything on something like that happening again, so this may be just people selling off to take some profit.

Yeah, this is nothing. You can still make lots of money mining, and it will go back up. This isn't a crash.

Yep. Woke up and saw my profits had tanked, was still significantly in the green anyway and it has already recovered like 30% again.

LOL. Take a look at patterns after each ATH. Most serious farms are in it for the long term. As in they actually believe in value of ETH after 1559 and POS. They want to get as much as possible before the change.
