RX6900 XT Red Devil Ultimate RGB troubles

I just recently bought the new PowerColor RX6900 XT Red Devil Ultimate, and I've been having issues with trying to sync the RGB.  I've tried troubleshooting the wires, the software, and checking the pins on the card and everything look fine.  My motherboard software won't sync with the card just stays static red.  I've tried using the DevilZone software, but it won't open and says it this card doesn't support the software.  I've tried asking for help on the Devil Club forums to no avail and PowerColor doesn't seem to be monitoring their own forums.  The card works very well!! and I'm beyond happy that I was able to get my hands on one (even though I spent and arm, leg, and kidney for it, even at MSRP), but this is annoying and frustrating to say the least and would like it to work as advertised.  If anyone has any insight on this I would be grateful.

try updating the Vbios of the gpu and the drivers?

if that does not help it indicates hardware issue meaning that the gpu is some how faulty probably. or somethign in yoru system wont allow any RGB system to work.

How would update the Vbios?  This card is very new, and would not want to brick it if I do it wrong.  Also my systems RGB works fine.  All my fans, motherboard, and AIO RGB works.

The card won't sync with my RGB on my motherboard either.... I know that seems to be a hardware issue with the card but the RGB pins on the card look fine.  A lot of normal troubleshooting I've already done.  The pins did get a bit bent during Installation, but they look ok.  I really don't want to RMA this card just for RGB issues.  I just want to rule out driver or software issues.  So far it does seem like a hardware issue 😔

Man I'm in the same boat with you I cant figure out why it will not sync up with my mother board either. I have tried different rgb cables everything and the powercolor software doesnt work very well with try to manual trying to setup with what's going on with the MB. If anyone have any ideas let me know please.
