hdd not detected after clean all

hello i bought a 500gb hard drive and when i installed windows i used cmd to clean all now it isnt getting dectected ive tried all cmd, diskpart everything but in only shows in bios

Just to clarify, in diskpart the list disk command doesn't show the drive?

It doesnt show in diskpart list disk

Bios settings correct?

Have you tried a 3rd party program such as, aomei partition assistant?

Make sure that everything for the hdd is plugged in properly as well as unplugging and plugging sata cable and hdd power.

Nope because when i did it i was installing windows on it
