This excludes an extension, but I think you can also do something like "NOT health"

I need to search through all my files. I was wondering if there is a feature where I can search through them and if I type in a word it will exclude that from coming up. Something like if I type in the word health all the over documents will come up but if health is in the title then it won't. Not sure if I'm conveying it properly, but hopefully you understand.
