probally just using a stock photo.

While it may be from at&t, as long as it is unlocked you will be able to use any other provider with it

ps. When starting up the phone, a AT&T branding logo may show up on screen, nothing to worry though

Could be that the V35 is the ATT version of the V30 but there are plenty of resources on how to unlock bands and carrier on this phone.
