Gigabyte teased new up-coming motherboards with a photo

snowComet

Gigabyte posted a photo of their new motherboard on their blog and twitter, saying they are getting ready to launch new motherboards to market very soon, and they will drop teasers of new motherboards in the coming weeks. Interestingly they said, " Some of the boards are a bit of a departure from our normal lineup. "

This makes no sense. Why do you think that?

often when motherboards have high end audio like this one they go with a chipset like h86. in case you didnt know the led was separating the mobo from the sound area like a soundcard the only exceptions to this wouldnt likely be the ROG boards

Is a 1mm strip of plastic really enough to shield the audio from EMI? (goes for every motherboard that implements high-end audio chips and amplifiers, not just this one)

I am a big fan of Black and Red, so they are welcome. The MSI GD65 looks amazing. That is the kind of awesomeness that I am talking about.

Black and red motherboards are already there though... I want to see some other interesting colours >.<

Why can't they just be white? It goes with EVERYTHING.

Gigabyte has done this before as well but then it was green... I really want a white motherboard with white leds all around the back, I remember Abit did it back in the days.

I wouldn't be calling anything high end audio until we see some product specs.  So far all it looks like it will have a creative dac chip and changeable op amp.  Which already means it's going to be struggling to match a half decent USB dac for SQ.

If they do it red I'm gonna be sooo disappointed, their green led/theme MBs is precisely what set them apart from the now over-saturated red/black theme... either they have a green one too o get full black for us that use intel.

I like Black/red combos too, but it's played out in PCs.

true, but i meant the red/black scheme with the led line separating audio,,, ROG boards have that stuff...

love to see a all white or mostly white MOBO that would be cool...we should create a petition for a manufacturer to create a white MOBO

PC Gaming forever...
