Hannspad Hannspree 13.3 screen flickering

Today I turned on this tablet and got this.

I tapped it on a backside of it,now got picture but screen flickers a lot.

What can be done?

Repairable?

 

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

This tablet was bought used, without any warranty on it, so I would seriously question whether getting it even fixed is worth the cost. Sounds like once again cheaping out and buying something not of quality is just passing around e-waste between people.
