the cpu is definitely the weaker part, but it should work without too much bottlenecking. what's the price of this? you might also want to add a ssd

Seems like a good system how it's built up, just a weak 400W PSU which means if you want to upgrade your gpu later, you would need to upgrade psu and maybe cpu if you're worried about the bottleneck. Other than that, the way the system is, it seems a good deal for the price. The 1660 is the best part. You can always upgrade ram whenever you want.

Thanks for the link.

I looked around and I made a different configuration for you:.

CPU: Intel® Skylake Core™ i5-6600K, 4 x (3900Mhz Real Cores Turbo Mode / FSB 8000MTs / 6Mb cache / 81W / socket 1151)
RAM: 8Gb DDR4, 2400Mhz Apacer
HDD: 1000Gb, SATA 3Gbs 16Mb cache NCQ class WD 5400 119Mbs
SSD: SSD 120Gb, SATA3 Apacer 410Mbs, TLC
GPU: Geforce GTX1660 Ti 6Gb, 192bit, GDDR6 10.000MHz, 1536Cuda Cores, Memory Bandwidth 254Gb/s, Physix, HDMI, DX12
MB: Intel H110, DDR4 2X (2133MHz), FSB 4800MTs, socket 1151, Core™ Processor ready, Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, USB+SATA3
CASE: melns, glansēts
PSU: 600W, 120mm cooler, Xilence, 80+, RedWing
DVD: bez ODD
SOFT: bez programmnodrošinājuma

Here's why I would choose it:
CPU: 6600k is slightly better and faster than the 6400
RAM: Better to have DDR4 than DDR3, because it's newer and easier to upgrade later. It's up to you if you want 8 or 16GB
HDD: 7200rpm is best because it's fast, but either one is fine.
SSD: I think you need this to have fast boot and Windows overall. 120GB is a bit small, I would say at least 240GB is good, but their prices are quite high for an SSD. You can also buy it yourself cheaper.
GPU: For only 49 Euros extra the 1660 Ti is much faster than a normal 1660. It's even faster than a 1660 Super, so it's a no brainer here, best deal. If you have 100 Euros extra you can even choose the RTX 2060, that's really expensive nowadays.
MB: I chose this one because it has DDR4, it's newer.
Case: Up to you
PSU: Actually all are bad, but at least get the 600W one and I think Xilence is an okay, but average brand. Sadly no other good choices.
DVD: Up to you.
Soft: Better to buy without and buy a cheap Windows 10 key later online.

Hope this helps! I wonder what others have to say too.

Sorry for the slow reply.

I see. Yeah, maybe better to save more first. Maybe you don't need a RTX 2060. You should choose the 1660 Ti, that's best for the price.
It does make a good difference in getting more fps compared to the standard 1660, it's also a bit better than the 1660 Super.

No, it does not come with a monitor. It says 7680x4320@60Hz, that is the maximum resolution at 60hz for the RTX 2060. It's just the spec of the card.
