Yes it will work with an A320m as long as you do a BIOS update,Do you have another CPU in order to do the BIOS upgrade? It won't work out of the box but it will work after the update.

Also that link doesn't work

If you're not sure, you can always go on the manufacturer website, to your motherboard model, and see the list of supported processors.

A320 chipset based motherboards will work with 3200g CPU, but it's not a good idea to buy them because you're very limited in future upgrades and have restricted features (only 2 ram slots, 4 sata, few usb connectors etc)

Also, you can't use Ryzen 5xxx processors on it, they're not supported ... and these 5xxx processors may be something you want to upgrade to 1-2 years from now when they'll be fairly cheap.

B450 chipset motherboards should not be that much more expensive and have much more room for upgrades.

Here is the info from the website on the mobo you listed:

Supports 1st, 2nd and 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™ / Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics and 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Graphics / Athlon™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics and A-series / Athlon X4 Desktop Processors for Socket AM4.   Supports DDR4 Memory, up to 3200 (OC) MHz

Here is the info on the Ryzen 3 3200G:

  AMD
CPU Model Ryzen 3 3200G
CPU Speed 4 GHz
CPU Socket Socket AM4

Processor Count  4

From looking at this information, since the Ryzen 3 3200G is an AM4 2nd generation CPU, it should work just fine.

Good Luck.

Page : https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/A320M-A-PRO

Click support to go here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/A320M-A-PRO

Then click on left on Compatibility , then select CPU

And down in the list you find :

RYZEN 3 Picasso YD3200C5M4MFH 3200G 100 3.6GHz 2MB 4MB B1 65 AMDRadeonVega8 1250MHz

7C51v10.zip

... and this tells you that version v10  or v1.0 of the bios (and later versions) support 3200g

... now if you go back to support and download bios page, you will find that the v10 bios version was released in 2019-07-26, sop unless the motherboard sat on shelves since late 2019, or you buy it second hand... chances are the motherboard you're gonna buy will come with a bios at least that old, or newer.

So it's unlikely you're gonna have problems with the motherboard, but like I said, try to go for at least B450 chipset motherboards
