Why is it slow? What tasks are you using?

What is system usage? Does it have a ssd?

I don't know why it is slow.

it doesn't have ssd.

Browsing mainly.

The system usage jumps to 100% but after it restart itself is working fine.

What programs are using the cpu?

Id put a ssd in, it will make it much faster.

Сheck the system for viruses, and also look at the temperature in the laptop, maybe it overheats.
