Posted April 11, 2021 Hello everyone! I have old HP laptop which is working very slow then it restarts itself and works completely fine. I have install clean Windows 7 but the issue remains... I don't know why it is slow. it doesn't have ssd. Browsing mainly. The system usage jumps to 100% but after it restart itself is working fine.
