So i have a issue related to the PC restarting when i play games (never happens in idle) When i play WoW on my CRG9 it tends to restart about every 15-20mins, but when playing Apex on it, its behaving nicely. Same goes for playing Tarkov on my HUA271. I've checked temps (sitting at 50-60 degrees C*) when gaming. The windows log only gives me generic info about Kernel power, unexpected power loss. Just to make sure, ive cleaned my parts nicely, even taken it out of the cabinet with no help. A quick google search points me toward the PSU or GPU.. I have gotten a accepted warran

Hello guys. I have an Asus G752VS laptop and today I've noticed if I try to grab it in a certain way, the screen fills up with purple artifacts which cause the whole system to restart itself. I'll put a video about it here: go at 3:41 Specs: 64bit OS 48 GB Ram i7 7700HQ GTX 1070 Samsung 970 pro 1TB Has anyone faced with this problem before? Is it from the GPU or the plastic is pushing the motherboard and the SSD might be moving from it's place? Edit: I went into UEFI settings and in the boot order the 970 pro ssd(which has the OS) w

Hello, I have upgraded Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit to Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit version 1909 and noticed that restarting or shutting down laptop takes like 4 minutes. It is just stuck at "Restarting..." or "Shutting Down..." screen until it finally does restart or shut down. Everything is fine in "Safe Mode" though... I guess there is some kind of service or running application that delays restarting or shutting down process and I have no idea how to find out which one causes this.

I'm having an issue where a PC is randomly restarting on its own now none of my USB's are working or even getting power (RGB's aren't turning on). Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong or what I could try to fix it? The restarts started while playing Apex the game froze and then the PC restarted on its own. No blue screen or anything. Then it happened again just trying to change an audio setting in Golf With Friends. I verified the game files on both games but now the PC started restarting just from the desktop alone. Motherboard LED's are on so the board must have some kind of Pow

Hey all. For the past 2 weeks, the pc started to restart randomly. Please help me fix this as i need it urgently for work. I'm very sure its not due to overheating as ive monitored the temperatures and it rarely went over 70C on Windows unless im gaming. This resetting problem happens frequently when im coding. I have 2 Chrome windows open when coding, both of them with many tabs and also VSCode. First time the restart happened was also when I was coding. This restarting started to happen like once a day for a week and then twice a day for the next week and so on. So then i started using

So basically, I've had this problem for a long time now. Basically, during gaming and high stress situations, my pc would just restart. The monitor screen would go black and then it would reboot. It usually would take twice as long to reboot as if I just pressed restart. Now I would pin it down on my psu 100% if not for a few things. The only symptom I have is just random restarting. My pc never "not" turns on and I never get a bsod. Sometimes though, I would boot up and it would restart on my desktop when all the programs are booting up. The thing is, my psu fan is wo

So I just got my ASUS strix raid dlx sound card for my 6800k system, slapped it in the lowest pcie_1x slot, and plugged pcie connector into it, booted system, disabled onboard in bios, uninstalled onboard audio drivers, downloaded latest drivers off ASUS page https://www.asus.com/Sound-Cards/STRIX-RAID-DLX/HelpDesk_Download/, I grabbed version 1.1.7 under driver packages, installed, of course windows blocked the driver because it wasn't digitally signed. So I disabled driver reinforcement and reinstalled. The sound card shows up in device manager, but when I launch the STRIX RAID DLX softwar

I just recently got some new parts to upgrade my old PC while still using what I could from my old parts. I bought a new Gigabyte 2070, a Ryzen 7 2700, an ASRock B450 Pro4 motherboard, 2x 8GB G.SKILL FlareX ram, and and EVGA 750 G3 PSU. I kept my old case, my SSD and HDD and optical drive. After I put everything and hooked all the power and peripherals and went to turn it on for the first time, it started up but wouldn't connect to my monitor, then shut down after about 30 seconds, then started right back up immediately after. It continued doing this until I shut it down manually after a few c

So my friend bought a brand new laptop yesterday. It is an ASUS ROG gaming laptop with a 7700HQ CPU, 16GB of RAM, GTX 1050 4GB ver, with a 1TB HD. The issue is it now randomly after literally 1 day stutters incredibly bad during games. Overwatch for example now freezes randomly and after a while it completely turns off the display. Then he has to reboot the laptop to get video back. The thing is it was perfectly fine the day he got it. Just started doing this the next day when he started playing again. We have been checking his tempts. Nothing is out of the ordinary. It gets only

Hello LTT Community! While I'm not new to LTT, I've only now taken the time to complete my life and join the community! Though this completion hands in the balance... I broke my computer. The problem started just as I put my computer together last November, using parts I recycled from my old AMD Rig. While newer chipsets were available, I opted not to go with the i7 6700K as I was waiting for Ryzen, and it was around £100-£150 cheaper to go with the i7-4790K instead as I was recycling the power supply, RAM, drives and cooling. I did the noobish thing possible and didn't test my sys

Hello , I got a problem with my pc quite a while now , I can't restart my computer. When I want to restart him , its like he goes down , but then the displays don't get a signal , but the computer itself is like still on. It just gets frozen there and I have to press the power button for like 4-5 seconds to shutdown the system and then restart it. I've asked on another forum before and someone tried to help me and somehow I couldn't restart or even start the computer , because bootmgr.exe was missing so yeah. OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit SSD: Samsung

I just updated my rig: My current system... ASUS P8Z68-V PRO Intel Core i7-2600K 4 sticks of G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 I also upgraded to a Samsung SSD 850 Pro I went from a GTX 580 to a 980 Ti. I thought my power supply was the issue (being old or some unknown reason). So I recently purchased a 1k Watt EVGA power supply. Ever since I installed my new video card and SSD my computer has been randomly restarting. The computer completely shuts down with no warning. I do not see any screen tearing, slow down, or artifacting. The restarts usually occur when I am pl

Today I got home from running errands and my computer was asleep from inactivity like always. I woke it up and noticed Spotify wasnt working. It crashed and when I attempted to open it again and again, it kept crashing. I had never experienced a problem like this before, so I restarted my computer thinking that would fix it. When it booted up, it showed a log in screen with "Other User" displayed on the screen asking for a user name and password. It also said Log in to: TYLERSRIG which was my computer's name. Nothing I did would work to log me in. Before I could think to do anything else, the
