Noctua fans on H115I and Aorus Graphics card

So i habe purchased a User system with a Ryzen 3800x cooled by a h115i RGB platinum and a 2080 super aorus waterforce RGB.

 

i dont like RGB so therefore i Will swap out the RGB fans with some noctua redux fans. My question then is. Both the CPU Cooler and graphics card has it’s own RGB connecters and fan connecters. 
 

can i just leave Them unused and plug fans in on the motherboard instead?
