NVIDIA GTX 1070 - I need Help - Identify burnt SMD Component by marking code 26H38

I need help identifying burnt SMD Component (Transistor) with the Marking Code of 26H38 from Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC 8GB..

If possible, you can provide me any available schematics or replacement for the damaged SMD Component.

Other notes:

I've searched the SMD Component from a Russian site http://www.chip.tomsk.ru, but i can't find any specific marking code for (26***).

meanwhile S-Manuals got me interested (http://www.s-manuals.com/smd/26), I was close, but still....

What is the component's size? SOT-23,SOT-323  or something else?..

Possible Identification: "26***"; 26*3**; or 26H; the H38 - might be a date code.

It's a three pin SMD diode, it might be for ESD protection (at least I recognize it from ESD protection, which I have been doing some research in last week), but diodes have many other uses too.

I can't find anything under 26H38 though, nor can I find the numbering convention of these sorts of diodes.

I think it's not, it might be a MOSFET. The card is still working. When you start using it for about 30 minutes idle or gaming, the screen gets glitchy and sometimes the display crashes turning into various colors like green-orange-blue. I think this one is still working but the SMD overheats, I don't know what's causing it, or their might be other components that are shorted or defective. Providing me a schematic and function of this SMD component might solve my problem. BTW I have a pair of this GTX 1070s, the other one is still working.

i found some result for 26H, and 26,you can try to check other marking code too, after check the part number, check the datasheet to see whether is the one that you are finding
