if you want liquid get a 240mm+

if you want air get a high end noctua, be quiet, or scythe cooler

Good cooling is a must if you are looking to overclock a 10850K. If your case has enough room, a 240mm AIO liquid cooler would be a good idea. Lots of different manufacturers produce AIO coolers. When you find one you like, read some reviews to make sure it performs.

I am using a Corsair H115i RGB Pro XT on my 10850K. I am happy with its performance.

What cooler do you currently have?

What case do you have?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

You will need to verify height clearance but I'd suggest NH-D15 or Dark Rock Pro 4 depending on memory module height. The NH-U12A has no issues with tall memory modules, is a little shorter and is almost as good.
