It seems to be a pi on steroids.

I actually might buy one, if there is a heat sync on it. Just for maybe a home server depending on the OS's it can run

Going by the Nvidia website it will support linux, "Jetson TK1 supports Linux for Tegra.

It would be awesome if you can install Windows RT on it.

Would be an amazing ultra low cost parent computer. Has Skype, decent web browser (good enough for them), play videos and music (VLC coming soon), has Flash, has Office 2013, has a file system, boots fast and easy to use.

 

Of course, I would prefer a Windows 8 for ARM CPU, where it's literally Windows 32/64-bit but for ARM, and not locked down, but that is a different topic.

I wonder if its possible to install Android on it. If it can, I'm gonna turn it into a console emulator. Mario Kart 64 FTW!
