I understand, that was a fair assumption to make! i will try and see what temps i can get with all fans running at 100%, Hopefully ill see a drastic improvement!

Maybe you'll find some answers here. Im still pretty sure the Cooler isn't the cause and its more likely a problem from the CPU voltage or things around the CPU itself. I'll get some sleep its getting late in France, hope you'll find a solution while i'm off, Cheers!
