GPU not running right, says thats the rpm is at 0 but I can hear fans from gpu running

I have a Msi Geforce GTX 1650, I updated dragon center a few minuets ago and now, I can hear the gpu fan but it says that its at 0%

 

If anybody has any Idea what is happening please just tell me how to fix it.

Have you tried rebooting?

How do you know it's the GPU fan specifically that you are hearing? Your PC should have other fans in it that could be making the noise. I'm assuming your PC doesn't have a transparent side-panel if you can't just look and see whether the fans are running? In which case could you take off your side-panel while the PC is running to see if the GPU fans are actually spinning? It shouldn't hurt anything as long as you're careful.

Levent - I have tried rebooting, it kind of works but when I open dragon center it starts ramping up again and its really annoying because I try to change the scenario for the games I play.

 

 @WaggishOhio383 - I am positive that it is the gpu, I have checkjed all the other fans and I am sure its the GPU
