Best free password manager?

With LastPass going pay-to-use for use across multiple devices, looking for a new free password manager that works across devices. Any good recommendations?

 

TBH if there is no good free alternative, I'm happy to pay, but I'm considering moving away from LastPass anyway as it feels quite janky and never 100% works.

Bitwarden is the password manager everyone seems to flock to now. I don't have persona experience with it, but those who do seem quite positive about it.

I changed to BitWarden. After watching this breakdown by Level1:

 

Still also bit interested with getting Ubikey, but imo having one connected to PC constantly doesn't make any sense.
