Is this a good build?

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

I am going to do light editing, and maybe even renders but mostly gaming and mining a bit of dogecoin or litecoin when I am not using it. Also maybe some videogames, the reason I chose Mini-ITX is because I need to move between houses.

This probably is better?

I add a better cooler so it can keep it cooler inside. You can use stock cooler is fine.

Your don't need to buy a windows 10, you download into a drive and install it.

Maybe the 3900x is not necessary, a 3700x will do the job

Pretty good, but you can buy cheap windows on the grey market for $15 not $100.

IDK, I also do zoom courses and zoom uses lots of cpu. I also usually have other things open in the background with the courses like aftereffects or photoshop. Maybe blender.

A YouTuber use his pc for war of warship, chrome tabs open, background task running, backup file. All at the time using 9900k which is 8 cores, you probably can get away with 3700x but is your build your choice, Happy Building!

Thank you, I'm also going to use shaders in minecraft so thats Why I want a 2080. And I like to make youtube videos and edit them so that's why I don't get a 3700x.

Good Build but I would change the ssd to Sx8200 Pro similar performance with the 970 evo and cheaper. 250gb ssd would save the money until you can buy a like 2 Tb sata ssd or 2 Tb hard drive.

The cooler is quite a expensive one, the one I recommended $70 cheaper than you listed. No rgb but can added in the future.
