Ram speed for specific parts

Hi i wonder about if i upgrade my motherboard and cpu to a Asus rog strix Z270H, and a i7-6700k can i run 3000 mhz with my F4-3000C15D-16GTZB ram

it's the same bc my big brother gave me it on Christmas and i saw it was a dual kit of the  F4-3000C15D 2x8GB
