OT has nothing to do with stimulus stuff.  Totally different law.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Well, yeah, but this thread's a goner if a mod finds it again, anyways. 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
