Ive spent every last dime on this rig. I'm coming from an amd build that I had built. I'm ridiculously green. Any advice would be appreciated! I've just started and realize I need a skinny screwdriver. Yes, its that bad.

That is one mean parts list. Must be pretty sweet. What is the Intel thermal solution you list?

-make sure to install standoffs

-positive pressure in the case (more intake fans than exhaust,or more powerful intakes)

-have a HAF fan positioned towards the 7970's to keep temps down without having to ramp up the fans

-backup your data (solution doesn't matter:external, internal, wireless, nas, cloud, etc)

-unless you absolutely need the dvd drive I'd take it out and go with a external dvd drive.

The stand is indeed made of metal but I wouldn't drive my car over a bridge made of it.

I'm using the Intel thermal solution liquid cooling. Has a little rad and pump for cpu only. Its a temporary  solution until I can get the money(and the guts) to do a proper whole system water system. However, Linus didn't use my mobo in his rig because of a liquid solution for it. Hopefully something opens up.

oh...then I would suggest against it OP....go with something by Corsair,NZXT,Swiftech,Cooler Master,etc.

something like a swiftech H220 is the best performer (according to linus) out of the AIO's.

or you could always go with a NH-D14,it performs better than the intel liquid cooler for a similar price.
