Dual-booting starting with linux

So I've decided that I won't be re-installing Windows 10 on my computer unless I encounter a program that absolutely will not run natively or on Wine. So if I do end up needing to install windows, what troubles should I be aware of?

one of them that i think it is important is MBR, once windows is installed, depending on your distro, you may or may not end up booting to linux and good luck configuring GRUB to work...

but that should mostly not be the case as distros like pop os can actually work really well when installing windows after linux, article guide: https://support.system76.com/articles/dual-booting/

Make sure to quote me if you want me to respond
Thanks :)
