Secondly, I can garuntee OP is going to feel restricted. No way in hell OP wants to simply wants to JUST play fortnite. He wants to play Among Us? Nope. He wants to play Minecraft? Restricted console version.

His budget allows for a used OptiPlex and a 1050ti. That allows for a full fledged PC that can play fortnite at 120+ FPS.

And when did age matter? I bought my first Gaming PC when I was 11. I had my first laptop when I was 3.

Well it depends tbh. If you can find a good deal on a used optiplex then thats not true.
