Is it possible to make this bitch run quite?

Thunderlips

3900x

x570 godlike

2 - zotac 3090

32 gb vengeance pro 3600mhz

all in a lian li 011 dynamic xl

for cooling i am currently running

ryujin 360mm aio exhausting on top

and 6 ll120s as intakes on side and bottom and 1 ll120 on rear exhausting

problem is when i crank er up. it will over heat the graphics cards unless all fans are not set to 100% and even with fans set to 100 the cpu will throttle hard at 90c.

Move to arctic circle. Joke aside, try removing your sidepanel.

Use the 360 AIO for cpu as intake, watch this video

You've got a minimum of 700w worth of GPU's being air cooled in a case that's made for water. You have a bunch of intake but no exhaust. Not that it matters, because you are trying to cool that system with 43cfm fans.

AMD R7 5800X3D | Thermalright Aqua Elite 360, 3x TL-B12, 2x TL-K12
Asus Crosshair VIII Dark Hero | 32GB G.Skill Trident Z @ 3733C14
Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC @ 3045/1495 | WD SN850, SN850X
Seasonic Vertex GX-1000 | Fractal Torrent Compact, 2x TL-B14

If the AIO is intake, that will make the problem worse. OP already said the GPU temps were a big problem, dumping the CPU heat onto them is a terrible idea

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Both GPUs overheating or just the top one? Have you identified which fans are being too noisy for you?

You cant really expect good cpu temps if you exhaust 500-700W:s through the radiator.  I would try aio side intake, 3x intake bottom, 3x exhaust roof and 1x exhaust at back.
