DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP THE PIXEL WALLPAPER FROM MOVING WHEN YOU SWIPE ON THE HOME SCREEN!! IM SO FRUSTRATED WITH I WANT TO DESTROY WHO EVER AT GOOGLE DECIDED IT WAS A GOOD IDEA

first off, you dont need to use all caps here...

 

I dont have a pixel so I cant guide you exactly, but i hope there is an option in the settings somewhere to turn this off. might be called something like scrolling wallpaper or parallax scrolling or something like that. if that option is not there and you are forced to keep it like that, its just because the current wallpaper dimensions are larger than the screen size. if you pick a wallpaper specifically for your pixel phone, that issue should not persist.
