RX-580P45DD - what is this??

Hi. I recently found this listing on Aliexpress (https://aliexpress.com/item/1005002054979026.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.187c5c0f7816xh). It's suppose to be RX 580 4GB from XFX, but the product code is RX-580P45DD . It's interesting because: 
1. used RX580 for 60 dollars? 
2. I can't find ANY practical info on the web. Only info that I can find is this (http://www.xfx.com.cn/graphic_cards/rx-580-4g-黑狼版/ (which I think is fake)) and also some shops with the same picture everywhere. 
Maybe someone will know something about this card?

I wouldn't recommend buying graphics cards new or used from sites like AliExpress, Wish and the like. They lure you with very low prices and most of the time the items you receive either don't work or are not what was advertised, meaning they are fake. If you are looking to buy used, better search through you local classifieds sites.

I've just found that they are 2 models of RX580 - SP2048 (2048 shading units) and normal with 2304 shading units.
