i7 10700F Low Cinebench Score

I saw people get 12250 Score with this CPU but I am not even close. I get 8303 score on multi-core benchmark. I have 2400 MHz single-channel 16 gb ram. Ram could be the problem because of single-channel but I dont think it would make that much difference. Any idea why this is happening? My bios settings and CPU info that I took while I was benchmarking:

Single vs Dual channel is actually quite a huge difference. This is a video demonstrating the difference. yes its a laptop used in testing, but still applies.

yes theres that, try without xmp, xmp can occasionally f**k things up. i've never worked with 10700f, but is there a way to supply more volts even if it isn't unlocked?

Thank you for your reply. I know that it makes a difference. Also this video shows that 3D Mark Benchmark scores have %1 differency which is less than the Cinebench score differency that I have. Like I said other people get 12250 maybe a little less than that but I got max 9040. Its a lot. Can ram decrease the score that much? Also do I need to change something on BIOS? And do my HWMonitor results look okay?I took them while benchmarking. Btw sorry if I made any grammar mistakes not my first language.

If I disable XMP wouldn't my FPS go down? I was using the PC on XMP Profile 1 before and my games was stuttering a lot. So I changed to profile 2.

100% the RAM. Single channel, and the slow ram speed does affect the CPU performance.

Yes, it can have that much of an impact.

Do I have a different option than buying a new ram?

If you can buy a 2nd stick of the same would be an option. The 10700f doesn't allow for higher speeds than 2933mhz and will depend on what motherboard you have as well.

On a memory bandwidth intensive app like cinebench and other synthetic benchmarks, dual channel makes a lot of difference.

@DennyEZ Exit HWMonitor and run HWiNFO instead. Choose Sensors-only when you run HWiNFO. Your memory might not be ideal but it is not responsible for the huge slow down you are seeing.

When your computer is fully loaded running Cinebench, your CPU is not running at full speed. It is likely power limit throttling because the turbo power limits are not set high enough in the BIOS. The results you posted show that your CPU is being limited to 65W. This is the default TDP rating for your CPU.

HWiNFO will display the throttling flags and will tell you exactly why your CPU is throttling. Look for IA:Package-Level RAPL/PBM PL1 or PL2, PL3. These are your turbo power limits that must be increased in the BIOS if you ever want to see maximum performance from your CPU.
