i dont have a lot of time to play games , i intend to play the witcher 3 and i hope i coluld play the elder scrolls 6 on low

Depends on the quality and resolution you're aiming for.

It'd be about 30-40fps for 1080p Medium current games.

 

whether it's worth it, depends on what you deem okay in terms of fps and what you'd pay for it.

i think even 720p would be decent for me , i dont really care about graphics being more than decent

Old i5 CPUs don't have enough threads for modern games,

Go for the Intel Core i7 2600K,it's still good.
