what's your GPU memory usage whilst the texture popping is happening?

i tested it on fortnite 2k max setting and the usage of the vram was around 4300-4400 Mb

I tested it on gta v too and the usage was around 6900-7000 Mb in 2k max settings

i saw that while playing the temperatures were around 70 celsius, and the temperature of the centraline was around 80 celsius

That looks like a pretty good system, I wouldn't expect issues related to performance.

First thing to do would be to try and uninstall and reinstall the display drivers (making sure you have the latest version from AMD since it's a new GPU).

Did you have a graphics card in the system prior to the 6800, if so which card, and did it also have the same problem?
