msi rtx 3080 gaming x trio graphical issue at bios period ,after shutdown only.

hi everyone , i got my new card 3 days ago its 3080 gaming trio from msi . i had an issue with the booting screen at first start after shutdown or power loss and when it happens and i enter the bios same thing just like a corrupted picture . but if i restart the pc its gone and the bios looks just fine and the windows works fine.no problem or crash when gaming . BTW it only happens on the display port and i tried the 3 ports all the same . really appreciate your help . this is the booting screen.

mb: msi z490 unify 

bios v a60 (latest)

ram: 4*8GB xpg 3600 spectrix D40

Graphics: msi rtx 3080 gaming x trio

psu: thermaltake 850watt

I strongly recommend contacting MSI regarding this issue. It could be a simple firmware bug on the card requiring a reflash, but it could be outright defective. The manufacturer should be able to source you a replacement card if it turns out to be the latter.

I know that feeling. I have issues as well. Not sure if anything matches your behavior.

 

For me seems like my Video Memory is RIP. In my thread I described what I did to try figure out whats going on.
