Your B350-Plus won't support Ryzen 2000-series if the BIOS is too old / outdated.

The Ryzen 2700X came out AFTER the B350 motherboard's release.

Put your Ryzen 1400 back into the motherboard, and update the BIOS before putting the Ryzen 2700X back in.

 

Ryzen 2700X is supported with BIOS version 3803 and newer.

BIOS version 3803 came out in Jan-26-2018.

Latest is BIOS version 5602 is the newest ASUS released ...13 versions after 3803 ....

Hello, i upgraded my CPU from Ryzen 5 1400 to Ryzen 7 2700x, but when turned on my pc i just saw a black screen
