Looks like it plugs directly into a classic molex 4 pin 12v connector on your power supply.

It connects through molex directly through the power supply based on the images on the Amazon store page.

Yeah, but you can also get fan controllers and adapters(changing from molex to the small 4 pin connector header) to adjust the fan speed. But that may also dim the LEDs on the fans as you adjust it.
