Currently it is microsoft Teams varying from low to high because i have a lecture now. But this started happening while i wqs playing League of Legends

Your shift key is stuck. Either something in software or your keyboard is fucked.

I already did all that, and it is also happening on the keyboard on my laptop

So this is a laptop? Something wrong with the internal keyboard then, or at least its shift key(s). Did you spill something on it?

U were right, my right hand side shift key was somehow stuck. When i press it however lightly it gets stuck. And i dont use that one at all but nvm, at least the problem is solved. Thank you everyone for the help.
