HDD making noise.Normal?

Hello guys.
So i got a new HDD Western Digital Blue 1TB and when i open a file or a game/program that's installed on the HDD it makes a small grinding noise? you can say and then when i quit the program etc it stops or its not that "Consistent".
I dowloaded HD Sentinel to check the Health of the Drives and it seems completely fine.

It's pretty normal for HDDs to make some amount of noise when reading data-- if it doesn't report errors, it's more than likely fine.

No its not appearing any errors.I double checked and the disk hasn't shown any errors when i open something, it just makes a sound when for example i play an Open World game,its like a grinding but more "light" i guess you can call it fluttering.
The HDD is brand new i got it today.

some noises are normal with HDD

i know it's strange but could you upload the sound?

Sure here it is.
Btw sorry for the clicking, its the mouse.
I was accesing some photos etc saved on the HDD to make sure you heard the noise.
