Summary

Stop eating the bait, guys. There's a webpage that tracks Apple leakers

Anon Twitter Apple rumor thirst trap posts fake M1X “leak”.

Corporate page-view pressured blogs insta-report it without calling it out as BS.

Bunch of sites re-blog with mixed context. Then YouTubers. Now Linus is posting clips on it.

Well done journalism. You had one job.

My thoughts

If we keep sharing leaks from unreliable sources and pass them as news, The Wan Show and TechLinked will loose their reputation as a trustworthy source for news.

My thoughts:

If contributors can't follow simple template instructions and passes their posts as news, the Wan Show and TechLinked will really loose their (questionable) reputation as a trustworthy source for news.

I think there are. The thing with it is that most of them are controlled by the algorithms, that means, they need to report on that clearly fake news in order to be ranked or recommended. Jon Prosser made a video about it.
