10900k vs 5800X in gaming?

Hi guys, I´m planning to build pc (as seen in in my signature) and now im concerned i should go Intel? The 10900k is the same price as the 5800X in my Region (I´m in Austria) and I dont know wich one to buy. Or should I wait for Gen. 11?

Everything thats not colourful I haven't bought yet.

 

Secondary PC(Currently not operational): CPU:  INTEL Q8200S @ 2.33Ghz | GPU: GTX 750 ti / 760 | RAM: 4X2 = 8GB @ 800MHZ DDR2 OCZ Platinum | MOBO: ASUS P5E-VM SE | COOLER: Be Quiet! Silent Loop 280* | CASE: DEEPCOOL Matrexx 55 V3 ADD-RGB* | PSU: CORSAIR RM850 2019 80+ GOLD* | SSD: CRUCIAL MX500 250GB* | 

Everything marked with * is what I bought for the Primary PC and I'm just using it until I get all the parts.

The difference is in the margin of error. If your playing esports titles, then go for the 5800X. 

What do you plan on doing? If your only gaming then either would work, but if your doing multithreaded applications then go for the 5800x

@wall03Im planing to play cs:go, destiny 2 sea of theaves, gta 5, not really "real work" maybe light python but thats all

Go for the 5800x. In CS All ZEN 3 CPUS absolutely destroy the 10700k and 10900k. (Sometimes there is a 200fps difference)

I would pick the 5800x by a mile.
