Does cooling matter a lot for a GPU? 1 fan enough? (Low end)

yes, 1660 with 1 fan is still faster

Those prices are only for my land and therefore you shouldn't compare it to any other helping me 😜

Should I get a Gigabyte GTX 1660 ixoc 6gb (1 fan small form factor itx) or a Rx 5500xt with good airflow, they are pricsed almost they same. (200-220)

So the 1660 has a faster overall chip, however, is it still same fast with only 1 fan or should I grab the 5500xr although the Rx is overall slower ?

It's still faster with only one fan so you should get it

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
