Sync from server to wd my cloud home

Hi,

I need a solution for keeping my work folder in sync.

I have a home office, and a 100mbit internet.

1.I have my server (wimdows server2019)at home and in it my work folder.

  2. Attached to my router is my, wd mycloud home that has the same work folder as in the server.

  3. How do i keep both the folders in sync.

  4. My main issue is, suppose if i work on my server's work folder at 10 am and then i work in mycloud's work folder at 5pm how do i keep both of         them in sync automatically without losing any data.

5.my concern is if i use a sync software it would it would see the 5pm one as changed one and sync itwith the server and i would losethe work i did at 10am.

Do you have a vpn between the networks?

Normally sync softwre looks at time nd keeps both versions or newest version depends on settings.

You can do something like run. rysnc job between them every few minutes to keep them in sync.

No i do not have a vpn.

Mostly the wd cloud is accessibler remotely And i work from my server when im at home.

I guess realtime sync is the only way? Or am i wrong?

Which software is better for realtime sync?

Which software do i use and how do i set it up?
