Not having stable framerates in games with the web opened.

Rig : Ryzen 7 2700x, rtx 2070 16gb at 3000, but due to the ryzen 7 if i recall correctly it only supports 2400 memory speed.

So. I have 16 gb of ram, and i feel like when i open a tab my framerates drops much frequently then without having any web open.
Should i add more ram or idk. What do you guys think ?

I tested with vsync being at 100fps capped on my monitor due to its refresh rate of 100.
