Do a Nvme makes sense for few VM (basic usage, testing linux, browsing the web on Linux, testing websites on mac etc.)

Awman

Host : Windows 10

I currently have a SSD as my OS + software drive, will SSD would be enough or nvme is recommanded?

When not in use (and they wil lbe jsut oen by one i think) VM would be turned off BUT it might happens that i like play a game on host while my partner browse internet on a VM i would create

Thanks

it makes sense for anything.

it really depends on how much more speed you want.

Here Regular SSDs and NVME are the same prices so i obviously take NVME, but switching from my kingston 120gb ssd to my crucial nvme windows menus are almost instant as opposed to almost 2 full seconds before

So yeah if you can go nvme, but otherwise it makes no difference
