Best gaming laptop under $200?

I would like a gaming laptop just to have something portable, it’s pretty hard to bring my full tower desktop anywhere. I would like it to be under $200 and be able to play games like rocket league and apex. I don’t care about any brands or screen size, just as long as it’s fast enough to play games on. With that budget I doubt you'd be able to get anywhere near running the games you want. Your best bet would be to get a cheap Chromebook and use game streaming with GeForce now or Google Stadia. Provided you have decent WiFi and you're willing to either use the free version of GeForce now (which only lets you play for an hour at a time) or pay the monthly price for the full subscription.

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)
