it was a long troubleshooting but finally i got the problem.

Not a surprise. As time goes on, it seems AMD IMC failure rate is on the rise.

Last update:

 

after a long wait my new processor has arrived all problems are solved. 

 

if anyone has the same problem i suggest to just contact AMD.
