-FPS with the new windows 20h2 update

Hey everyone, I'm making this topic because i was testing the new windows update performance vs 1909, and i tested CS:GO. I used the FPS Benchmark map on the steam workshop. My average framerate with version 1909 was 339, and the average framerate with the 20h2 update was 319. Does anyone know why the framerate could be worse? I'm thinking it could be because it's very new but i'm not sure.

Ryzen 5 2600

RX 570

Corsair Vengance LPX 16gb 3200mhz

that seems like variation, to determine a performance drop, you shoulda ran it five or six times before take the average of that and compare it to the average after the update
