I have bought a Corsair Void rgb elite wireless, and the left earcup started playing music quieter than the right one

Justasking

So as you have read the title, yes, my left driver is quieter than the right one, but I didnt do anything to it. I have noticed, that If I push the earcup closer to my ear, and then let go of it, it works fine again, until it doesnt. There wasnt any chance water might have gotten into it or anything like so, the headphones are brand new, opened the box today. I dont have the receipt, since I bought it practically second hand, but it really was sealed, can I still get a replacement if I dont have the recepit? I live in Romania btw, so it would be pretty hard to get it to Corsair

This is RIP I think. I've said this on multiple posts... Don't.. buy.. from.. keyboard/mice manufacturers. You will end up getting a bad quality product. What you want is your money back asap and get a proper headset or headphones with an external mic such as the modmic 4 uni. Read my post in my signature below.

PM or DM me if you have any questions about audio.

I just bought it because I could afford it, and wanted a wireless headset, I really didnt care about the microphone. If it worked fine just a bit ago, why doesnt it work fine now?

Well you learn from your mistakes. Anyways. The headphones probably have 1 defective driver OR bad circuitry.

If it still sounds fine except for screwed levels,
This is literally an option within Windows.... Twice!

As for refunds, depends on consumer law where you live. I know I can get refunds for just about anything but may not be the same for you.
