new cpu Blue screen of death problem

Ever since i installed my ryzen 5 3600 i have been getting blue screens of death every day. should i return this cpu and get a new one . These are my parts if this has anything to do with it

what was the old cpu?

I could use some help with this!

Make sure he updated bios and didnt just drop it in.

If you can upload to here the minidump crash file, I can deconstruct the file and tell you exactly where (or what) is crashing

there has been 3 different crash files but i hadn't updated my chipset and bios to the latest version i have done so now if what i have done now doesnt work ill send you my new blue screen if it happens

Format the partition your Windows is on, install fresh copy of Windows. This basically.

I received the very same error a few nights ago...however, in my case it was literally every 10 minutes or whenever the CPU/GPU had any type of load. I formatted the drives, reinstalled Windows and so far, after 2 days no more errors. I think it has to do with either a Windows update or installing the AMD chipset drivers.

soooo this i confusing reset all my ssd data and reinstall windows

Yes, you should. Clean install should fix this.
