Do you already have the optiplex? Idk if I would trust an optiplex PSU with an RX 570, maybe get a GTX 1650 instead. They're about the same speed but the 1650 is a 75w gpu that doesn't need external PCIe power.

 

If you haven't bought either, maybe consider this build with all-new parts.
