will the thread locker that is already on screws have any effect after taking the screws out

no, thread locker solution is a one time thing .... it resists torsion, prevents you from opening the screw ... when you open it you break the hardened substance.

Long story short I put thread locker on the wrong screws on my laptop and couldn't get them out and went to a guy that did. While I am waiting for a new case I put the screws back and they had some thread locker left on them.

Will the thread locker still have effect when taking the screws out again?
