so i stumbled across this company that makes nvidia gpus. i have never heard or seen any mention of them before and they have some pretty neat cooler designs like this one here: http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=915〈=en

 

they even have titan variants. 

 

have any of you heard of them? they look really cool.

i was hoping to get the word out about this so that linus could benchmark them and see how they stack up to other main branded cards.

 

just let me know if ive been living under a rock and this is actually a pretty major brand.

Here in europe, they are quite common. 

They build pretty solid cards.

They are fairly common outside of North America. There is no point in Linus/Slick benching them though.

i just wanted to see benchmarking of their phantom cooler

Everywhere but the US they are common, I love their Phantom cards but they are so expensive to get in the US.

They are very popular in Australia. I own a GTX560Ti Phantom myself. Runs very quiet and very cool.

I had a gainward gtx 470 from 2010 to 2013. It was working great.

I think they partner with Palit as they both offer a overclocked card and the same EK waterblock fits both. Makes sense if they did, lower R&D and Manufacturing costs.

I've used a GTX 760 Phantom myself, as everyone has said, common in the EU, great overclocker, I ramped her up to 1.4Ghz and it hit about 80 degrees at full load. I'd go for one.
