As long as it's got the orange unifying logo it'll be compatible. Note that it's not Bluetooth.

And are you talking Bluetooth or 2.4ghz wireless adapter? If the latter, if it's the unify one, then you should be Gucci as the kids say. If it is indeed Bluetooth, then any Bluetooth adapter will work.
